1. When is an address change possible?

  • The delivery address can only be changed as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
  • After shipment, we can no longer change the address on our end. You must then contact the carrier directly.

2. What to do now?

  • Contact us as soon as possible. The earlier you send your request, the more likely we are to be able to change the address before shipment.
  • Prepare the new complete address: street, number, postal code, city, and country.

3. Information required for your request

  • Order number
  • Previous delivery address
  • New complete delivery address
