Which documents can I request?

Depending on the product and the documents made available to us by the manufacturer or supplier, we can, for example, check the availability of the following documents:

• FDS / SDS / MSDS – safety data sheet,
• CoA – certificate of analysis,
• TDS – product technical data sheet,
• specification or product sheet,
• other technical documents available for the product in question.

The availability of each document type depends on the product and the documentation provided by its manufacturer or supplier.

2. Check the product page first

Before submitting a request, check the relevant product page. Some technical documents may already be available for download there.

Also check that the name, variant, and EAN code exactly match the product for which you need the documentation.

3. The document is not available on the product page

If you cannot find the document you are looking for, use the form below.

We will check whether the document is available in our system or can be obtained from the manufacturer or supplier.

Submitting the form does not guarantee that all types of documents can be provided for every product.

• Order number, if the request relates to an existing order
• Company, if applicable
• Delivery country
