1. What you need to check

  • Open the tracking directly on the carrier's website and check the date and time of the last scan.
  • Keep in mind weekends and public holidays, when the package may not be processed or scanned.
  • Check that the delivery address and phone number in your order are correct.

2. When is it normal for there to be no update?

  • During the first 24 to 48 hours after shipment, the carrier may be delayed in registering the package.
  • Tracking information may remain unchanged for longer during weekends and public holidays.
  • For international shipments, several days may sometimes pass between two scans.

3. When should you contact us?

  • The tracking has not been updated for at least 5 business days.
  • The last scan indicates an unusual or clearly incorrect location.
  • The tracking indicates that the package is damaged or blocked during customs clearance.
