INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Rinse and soak the grains overnight. The next day, cook until tender, changing the water several times, then drain the fresh water through a sieve. Rinse the poppy seeds, blanch them, and twist them twice in a food processor. Mix the poppy seeds with honey and dried fruit. Just before serving, add the wheat (it hardens if mixed too early with the poppy seed mass). Serve the kutia slightly chilled.
