HOW TO PREPARE

Pour boiling water over a portion of coffee (1 heaped teaspoon). Let it steep (approx. 10 minutes). For a more intense infusion, it is recommended to simmer the coffee for a few minutes. You can use a jug with a plunger (French press) or paper filters. You can add cream, milk, sugar, or honey to taste.
