DESCRIPTION
Organic plantain husks are valuable for their very high fiber content. In the presence of water, they release mucus and create a gel that facilitates the movement of the contents through the intestines. The husks can be consumed as a drink, covered with water, milk, or fruit juice. They can also be added to bread or used as a thickener for soups and sauces. Psyllium husk is particularly recommended in combination with psyllium seeds in a proportion of 20% husk and 80% seeds, in the form of so-called vital fiber.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Do not take more than 5 teaspoons per day and be careful when giving to children. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids when consuming the pods.
