Use :

Pour 1.5 liters of water into the sachet (50 g), bring to a boil, and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes, stirring several times. Then filter into a bathtub with water. The bath time is approximately 20 minutes at 37°C.
