Omega-3 fatty acids are a natural building block for the body. They have a wide range of properties: they help lower triglycerides, have anti-inflammatory properties, improve the function of brain cell membranes and neurons, and promote proper skin hydration. EPA and DHA contribute to the proper functioning of the heart, while DHA itself is also responsible for proper brain function and vision. The addition of vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

INGREDIENTS :

Fish oil standardized to 35% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 25% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), glycerin, D-alpha tocopherol; capsule: gelatin.

1 capsule 1-2 times a day with a meal.
