INGREDIENTS
100% amidated pectin

DESCRIPTION
 Pectin obtained from apple pulp. In an acidic environment, pectin exhibits gelling properties. Pectin is a gelling agent for homemade jams, marmalades, fruit jellies, and fruit juices. It can also be used for milk drinks, fruit drinks, and ketchups.

PREPARATION
Add pectin to the boiled fruit with pectin, sugar and when the fruit is completely soft. 30 g of pectin for 2 kg of fruit and 1 kg of sugar.

The product may contain allergens: gluten, nuts, soy, celery and sesame.
