Multivit Fem with Ashwagandha Vitamins and Minerals for Women 60 Capsules

Recommended daily dose: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal. Rinse with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol), or when using sedatives, sleeping pills, or antiepileptic drugs. Before use, it is advisable to measure 25-(OH)D levels in the blood and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

Storage conditions: Protect from light. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of reach of young children. Once opened, the product should be stored in the refrigerator.
