How to eat?

Dosage. When to take it - morning or evening?

Children should not take more than 6 grams of spirulina per day. It is best to divide the daily dose into three portions and take it in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. When will the first effects appear? Typically, you will feel better after about 2 weeks of using spirulina. How long can you take it? Regular use is important. It is worth including it permanently in your diet.
Dissolve one portion of the product, 5 g (1 scoop) in 100 ml of water, once a day, preferably after a meal, consume immediately after preparation.
