Flos Thyme Herb 50g

Thyme herb (Thymi herba) in the form of an infusion to be brewed, administered in case of cough occurring during a cold. It can be used in adults and children over 12 years old.

Composition
The active substance is thyme (Thymi herba).

1 g of product contains 1 g of thyme herb.

Thyme is taken orally as an infusion.
If symptoms persist after 1 week of use, consult a doctor.
Preparation of the infusion: pour 1 teaspoon of thyme (about 1.5 g) into 1 cup (150 ml) of boiling water, let infuse covered for 10 to 15 minutes and strain.
Adults and children over 12 years: drink 1 cup of warm infusion 3 to 4 times a day.

Action
Thyme is used as an expectorant.

Indications
As an expectorant in case of cough occurring during a cold.
Contraindications
When not to use thyme:

in people with hypersensitivity to thyme or other plants of the Lamiaceae family,
in children with a history of ENT diseases,
asthma.
