C'est parfait et efficace contre la constipation. Le goût est un peu particulier mais on finit par s'habituer. Je mélange le magnésium citrate en poudre avec de la vitamine C en poudre. La livraison a été rapide vers la France.

Looking for a different pektine than from apples, the only one I found in German shops, I tried this from citrus fruit for the first time, and it works very well. I wanted to make apricot jam (fruit from our own garden with a wonderful taste) with a reduced amount of sugar. So I took 2 kg fruit (without stones, cut in small pieces) with 500 g of jam sugar 2:1, that is normally used for 1 kg of fruit, and mixed the sugar with 20 g of this Gourmet Pektine. I left fruit and sugar to soak overnight, to allow the pektine to swell, and then cooked it the next morning. So in the end I have only 20% sugar, but a well textured jam with a taste of pure fruit, really wonderful. I am very satisfied with the result. The package of 100 g was sufficient for 10 kg fruit, added to the normal jam sugar 2:1.
