Each tablet contains 1000 mg of vitamin C in the form of Ester C®. The preparation is a source of a special form of vitamin C, which is soluble in water and fats. It also contains citrus bioflavonoids, rosehip, rutin, and acerola. These ingredients naturally and actively enhance the effect of vitamin C. Ester C® is patented and contains active metabolites of vitamin C (L-threonic, L-lixonic, and L-xylonic acid), which significantly increase the activity of vitamin C, enabling its unique action in the 2–2–4 system compared to regular vitamin C. Solgar Vitamin C Tablets - Ester C 500 mg are non-acidic (vitamin C is buffered with calcium), which means they have a neutral pH of 6.7. This form of vitamin C is gentle on the digestive tract and kidneys, even at higher doses.

HOW TO USE
1 tablet per day.
