Millet is considered the oldest of groats. It is obtained from millet seeds, already cultivated in the Neolithic period, by hulling the grains of this cereal.
Millet contains little starch but plenty of easily digestible protein. It is distinguished by the highest content of B vitamins: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), and B6 (pyridoxine), as well as iron and copper. It is easy to digest and does not cause allergies because it does not contain gluten.
Millet contains silica, which has a positive effect on hair, skin, and nails. Silicon also plays an important role in bone mineralization and metabolism. Millet also provides large amounts of vitamin E and lecithin, which are beneficial for memory and concentration.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Rinse the millet with water. Boil in salted water in a ratio of 1 cup of groats to 2 cups of water. Remember not to stir the grains during cooking. If you have a heavy-bottomed pot, you can remove it from the heat earlier, and the grains will be coated in a few minutes.
