Omega 3-6-9 Oilcaps contains the essential acids: alpha-oleic, linoleic, and oleic. All ingredients are derived from natural linseed oil. The clean composition guarantees the absence of fillers, colorants, and preservatives.
The omega-3 group includes eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are responsible for maintaining normal heart function. Additionally, DHA contributes to maintaining mental efficiency and the proper functioning of the organ of vision. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a member of the omega-6 group, is obtained from flaxseed oil and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. EPA and DHA help maintain proper heart function. DHA is important for the proper functioning of the organ of vision. DHA supports brain function. Linoleic acid helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.
The beneficial effects are seen when consumed daily: 2 g of ALA and 10 g of AL.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children without medical advice. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store in a dry place out of reach of small children. Protect from light.

Due to the natural origin of linseed oil, a semi-solid deposit of the capsule filling may be observed after a long period of time. This phenomenon does not affect the quality of the product.
