Konjac tagliatelle is free from fat, sugar, and salt. It is made from the root of a plant called konjac (grown in China and Japan). It is a traditional Asian product that has been used in local cuisine for centuries. The pasta does not have any particular flavor, but it easily absorbs the aroma of spices and added ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
